Linear Guides: Slider, C-Track, and Roller Configurations, 10 – 800 Lbs. Capacities
There are many instances where non-motorized linear motion / guidance is needed. Often times our linear guides are used as a balancing point for a load which is being driven from the opposite side of a structure or platform. Or, our linear guides can often be found on either side of a screw system or cylinder style actuator. Rolling door, gates, and window applications are also very common with our C-Tracks.
Our Slider, C-Track Roller, and Roller-Slide Guides are highly customizable/configurable and easy to incorporate into single, parallel, square, or multi-axis applications. Our linear guides also offer long service life with minimal noise and maintenance.

- Single axis through multi-axis configurations
- Single piece carriage and rail construction for all guide types
- AT10 tooth profile belts with easy tensioning and zero backlash
- Carriages and/or slide rails available in special long (20+ feet) lengths
- Carriages and/or slide rails come with 8mm T-Slot mounting functionality
- C-Track-roller guides feature special POM rollers which are internally tensioned
- C-Track-roller guides require no lubrication
- Slider guides feature polymeric shaft bearings through 4 guidance bores

Since our linear guides, actuators, aluminum framing, and conveyors all use the same 8mm T-Slot, it was very easy for us to complete the rest of the system structure, add the conveyor for the initial transport, and then add perimeter frame guarding around the entire system.

Common accessories – Fastening Hardware:
The Paletti hardware has been custom engineered specifically for our products, and is quick and simple to use. Our central fasteners are an excellent choice for most corner assembly needs. Our T-Nuts are commonly used in some corner assembly or other assembly needs. Particularly, the push-in T-Nuts are very useful and also offer the benefit of being installed and positioned after the rest of the assembly has been completed and with the option for mounting the assembly to other surfaces.
