Aluminum T-Slot Framing Profiles 120mm - with an 8mm T-Slot
These T-Slot dimensions are used with each of the profiles shown below
Paletti’s 120mm profiles are part of our 40mm Series family, and so come with those same 8mm T-Slot dimensions. They are easily integrated with one another or the 16mm, 28mm, 40mm, 80mm, 160mm, and 200mm profiles. As always, our engineering team will design a structure or system with the best combination of materials and price points.
Please Note – the 120 x 120 Standard with the NV designation is extruded with no draft angle – meaning it has completely flat surfaces and therefore is ideal for mounting external objects. The 120 x 120 Standard profile without the NV designation (and with the normal 1 to 2 degree draft angle) can still helpful in simplifying the needed hardware when mounting external components.

There is not a finished cap for this size. We suggest using 2 qty. of our 80 x 120 end caps side by side.
Common accessories – Fastening Hardware:
The Paletti hardware has been custom engineered specifically for our products, and is quick and simple to use. Our central fasteners are an excellent choice for most corner assembly needs. Our T-Nuts are commonly used in some corner assembly or other assembly needs. Particularly, the push-in T-Nuts are very useful and also offer the benefit of being installed and positioned after the rest of the assembly has been completed and with the option for mounting the assembly to other surfaces.
