Smart engineers designed much of our profile framing extrusions and structural components with the same 8mm T-Slot which enables us to package them together in unique ways. An excellent example of our ability to provide such custom packages is featured below.
These steps illustrate the typical design our engineers provide when working on industrial work platforms for our customers. A combination of our Handrail and Step-Tread Profiles along with our Framing and Accessories can be combined to fit the customer’s exact spacing needs. We customarily use 1/8” or 1/4” Diamond Plate sheet material for the surfaces.

SP0640N - Step-Tread Insert 40mm
SP0630N - Step-Tread Insert 80mm
Paletti always provides these caps on each end of our handrail designs. These Step-Tread Inserts are commonly used in certain instances where the space restrictions prevent our normal Step-Tread profiles from being used. The Inserts fit right into our 40mm, 80mm, 120mm, and 160mm framing profiles. Online engineering resources for these components are shown at this page’s bottom.

Contact us with your design ideas; a rough sketch is enough for us to get started, but please, the more details and information you can provide up front, the faster we will be able to complete your design! We will work with you, design the guarding/fencing to your needs, and then provide the finished design drawings (as seen below) back to you along with a quotation. Our engineers can almost always help you simplify the final design which ends up saving the customer time and money!
