This video is actually one of our trade show displays featuring two carriages operating on a single rail. Each carriage is driven by a separate belt and a gear-motor from either the top or bottom. When we provide this type of configuration, the carriages are able to function together, opposite one another, or completely independent of one another - all managed by the controls programming.

When high speeds and long travel distances are required, Paletti toothed belt driven linear slide actuator systems are ideally suited for your material handling and positioning tasks. Toothed belt driven linear systems are easy to incorporate into single or multi axis applications and offer long service life with minimal noise and maintenance.

Common accessories – Fastening Hardware:

The Paletti hardware has been custom engineered specifically for our products, and is quick and simple to use. Our central fasteners are an excellent choice for most corner assembly needs. Our T-Nuts are commonly used in some corner assembly or other assembly needs. Particularly, the push-in T-Nuts are very useful and also offer the benefit of being installed and positioned after the rest of the assembly has been completed and with the option for mounting the assembly to other surfaces.
