Smart engineers designed much of our profile framing extrusions, linear actuators, and conveyors with the same 8mm T-Slot which enables us to package them together in unique ways. An excellent example of our ability to provide such custom packages is featured below.
These are very unique sliding doors made for one of our customers to go on the sides of their machine. The curved design was to help pre-tension the polycarbonate to help prevent flexing and/or rattling during the machine operation and also ensure proper spacing between the doors and the machine’s operating components. The door construction was done using some special curved aluminum T-Slot framing profiles and customized versions of our CGRG30 dual channel linear roller guides.

How To Get Started?
Typically Door and Window designs will be done using our traditional aluminum profiles, C-Track guides, glass, polycarbonates, aluminum sheets, wire meshes, and/or a variety of handles and hinges. Reach out to us and we will guide you through the process.
Typically, we will want to know the following:
- Basic dimensions
- Insert material and color preference
- Design preferences, hinged or sliding doors / windows
- Opening orientation
We will work with you, design the guarding/fencing to your needs, and then provide the finished design drawings (as seen below) back to you along with a quotation. Our engineers can almost always help you simplify the final design which ends up saving the customer time and money!
